All members must read these terms carefully and agree to them in full before using this platform.
Age Restriction: 33wbm is only for individuals aged 21 or older. Anyone under this age is strictly prohibited from opening an account or playing on this platform. If we confirm that a user is below this age limit, their account will be terminated immediately.

1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 33wbm platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this platform ("member", "you"). By registering an account on 33wbm or using any service on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms in full.
33wbm is an online gaming and betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. The platform operates cricket betting, football betting, slot games, live casino, and various other gaming services.
Important: These terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To create an account and use services on 33wbm, you must meet the following conditions:

- Your account may not be operated on behalf of another person.
- You must confirm that you are not involved in any fraudulent activity.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for any activity carried out using your login details.
3 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods are currently supported on 33wbm:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
- Nagad — The digital financial service of the postal department.
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
- Bank Transfer — Through major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank.
Minimum Deposit: ৳300 per method. | Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or any other method approved by 33wbm. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
3.3 Deposit & Withdrawal Conditions
- Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gaming activity.
- 33wbm reserves the right to verify or suspend any suspicious transaction.
- Compliance with anti-money laundering regulations is mandatory.
- If an incorrect amount is deposited for any reason, the support team must be notified immediately.
4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳16,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and a total balance of ৳31,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. The current wagering rate is 10x. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in wagers required before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions
- Each bonus has a specific validity period, which will be stated at the time the bonus is announced.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted to cash.
- 33wbm reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer under special circumstances.
- Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination.
4.4 VIP Program
33wbm's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback at each tier is up to 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.1%, and 1.5% respectively. Members can advance to higher tiers by remaining active and engaged on the platform.
5 Game & Betting Rules
5.1 Game Operations
33wbm offers games from various reputable software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The outcome of every game is determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
5.2 Betting Rules
- There is a risk of winning or losing on any bet — past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bets for that round may be cancelled and the stakes returned.
- Placing bets based on insider information about teams, players, or outcomes is strictly prohibited.
- Participation in match-fixing or any fraudulent betting activity is prohibited and subject to penalty.
5.3 Technical Issues
33wbm will not be held liable for any disruption to a game caused by loss of network connection, device failure, or any other technical problem. In such situations, the last recorded state in the system will be considered final.
6 User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
By using the 33wbm platform, you agree to refrain from the following activities:
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Using another person's identity.
- Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
- Using software, bots, or any other automated method to play games.
- Attempting to damage any system or security measure of the platform.
- Assisting minors in playing games.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform unfairly.
If any of the above activities are detected, 33wbm reserves the right to seize the funds in the relevant account and permanently terminate it.
7 Account Suspension & Termination
7.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request to close your 33wbm account at any time. To do so, contact us via live chat or email. Please withdraw any withdrawable balance remaining in your account before closing it.
7.2 Termination by Us
33wbm may suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- If any clause of the terms and conditions is violated.
- If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
- If false registration information has been provided.
- If an account has been inactive for an extended period.
- For any legal or regulatory reason.
